Cheryl F. Shuffield, CPA/ABV/CVA, CFF, is the managing member of Frost, PLLC and has been with the firm most recently since 1997. Cheryl’s areas of special competence and industry specializations include: litigation advisory services, lost profits analyses, business valuations, fraud investigations, mergers and acquisitions, income, estate and gift tax planning and compliance, agribusiness and farming, banking and finance, professional practices, and high net worth individuals. Cheryl is a frequent speaker for the Arkansas Bar Association and is an author included in the Arkansas Domestic Relations Handbook. She has testified in state and Federal court in Arkansas and elsewhere. Active in the community, Cheryl is the Chairman of the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute Foundation and a Board Member of University of Arkansas Foundation Fund.
