Jeff commenced his professional career in 1983 for Metropolitan Life SA in an HR and Training capacity. He has previously been a Senior Lecturer at Technikon Natal, Ernst & Young Management Consultant and joined Deloitte in 1995 as a Senior Manager. Jeff is a Registered HR Practitioner at the South African Board of Personnel Practice and holds a B Soc Sci degree in African Politics and Industrial Psychology. Jeff has worked in the Africa/Middle East region from 1997 in the Deloitte Consulting Solutions Practice with a key focus on people development and client service. From 2001 – 2003 he held the position of Deloitte Africa Operations Director focusing on all service lines and client service matters across Sub Saharan Africa. In the period 2003 to 2011 he worked as an independent business strategy consultant with a focus on Africa. From 2011 Jeff has been working as the Africa Strategy Advisor to Moore in the implementation of the Africa growth plans. From 2018 he has been focussing on developing the Moore Africa and MENA office network. His main focus is on building the client service capability in selected territories and across the main industry sectors.
