Armanino named ‘Best of Accounting’ for Client Service

The largest Californian based accounting and business consulting ​firm - Armanino LLP, a Moore Stephens International member firm, announced it has earned Inavero’s Best of Accounting Award for superior client service.

Results were based on the firm’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), a customer satisfaction survey used to measure the loyalty that exists between a provider and a business. Net Promoter Scores are used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies, and often act as a leading indicator of an organization’s growth.

Armanino is among the Best of Accounting firms, which are those with a 50 or higher NPS, nearly twice as high as the accounting industry’s average NPS of 28. By exceeding this benchmark, Armanino joins customer service giants JetBlue, Amazon, Apple and Mercedes-Benz in being an industry leader committed to providing responsive service to clients.
