Kathy Gillen, Partner, Trust and Corporate Department of Moore Stephens Jersey, who is responsible for our Indian clients and is a regular visitor to India, will be returning later this month to hold meetings with clients and contacts in Mumbai, Chennai and New Delhi.
During her visit to Mumbai, Kathy will be co-presenting with Duncan Gregory, Partner, Corporate Finance of Moore Stephens London at the ‘Think Global’ Conference to be held at the JW Marriott on 23 September 2011. The theme of the Conference is ‘Think Global: Global Perspective on Mergers and Acquisitions by Indian Companies’. Kathy and Duncan will be presenting on the subject: Acquisition Process in Europe: Routing through Jersey - Structuring a transaction in Europe.
