Arvin Rogbeer

Managing Partner

Arvin is the Managing Partner of Moore Mauritius. He has more than 38 years of experience in audit, assurance, advisory and regulatory reporting assignments to companies in various sectors of the economy. This includes global operations, comprising owner managed businesses to group companies across different jurisdictions. He has a strong interest in international businesses and has expertise working with other member firms across Africa, Middle East, Asia and Europe. He has also been involved in several high-profile assignments both in Mauritius and overseas and has worked on several projects for International Funding Institutions such as the European Union, World Bank, African Development Bank and the Indian Ocean Commission, amongst others. Arvin regularly advises companies on due diligence investigations, capital markets transactions, financial systems and controls, strategic reviews and bespoke financial modelling assignments. He has extensive knowledge of IFRS and how they affect companies. He regularly guides clients on the application of good corporate governance. Arvin is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), as well as a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). He also undertook an Executive Leadership Programme at the Harvard Business School in USA.
