Moore Stephens merger in the Czech Republic
Moore Stephens Czech Republic joined forces with audit, accounting and tax advisory firm, Adeus.
This transaction will result in one advisory firm with 120 employees; 9 partners and 5 offices in Domažlice, Jindřichův Hradec, Prague, Pilsen and Tábor.
"I believe that this merger will bring significant benefits to our clients, because, together, we offer a greater specialisation and access to the best professionals in the market, the ability to solve cross-border transactions and accessibility to advisers or auditors in a far wider territory of the Czech Republic," stated Martin Tuček, owner of Adeus and Vice President of the Chamber of Tax Advisers.
"Over the long term period, we want to be at our clients disposal providing audit and advisory services on the Moore Stephens quality level and ensure that the clients do not have to travel further than 100 kilometers to the office." said Miroslav Jandečka, the Managing Partner of Moore Stephens.
The services in all the offices will remain fully preserved, the teams working on client assignments will not change either. Miroslav Jandečka will continue to act as the Managing Partner and the company headquarters will remain in Prague.
Adeus is a firm operating primarily in the South Bohemian region. Over the past 20 years, they have demonstrated that tax advisory and audit services can be provided efficiently and reliably. Together, with their clients, they have gone through intense digitalisation, and dealing with issues beyond the legal framework of taxes in the Czech Republic.
