Cheryl Burke Named a 2018 MSCPA Woman to Watch

Moore Stephens North America member firm DGC is proud to announce that Cheryl Burke, a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at DGC, was selected as a 2018 Women to Watch Award winner by the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). She was named in the Experienced Leader category, reserved for professionals with more than 15 years of experience.

Each year, the MSCPA recognizes women who have made an outstanding contribution to the accounting profession, their community, place of employment and/or to the development of women as leaders.

“Through her leadership and competitive spirit, Cheryl’s contributions to the success of our firm have been invaluable,” said Laurie Austin, Managing Partner at DGC. “She consistently puts our firm first and does what is best for our clients and our team. On behalf of our entire firm, we congratulate Cheryl as a deserving Women to Watch award winner.”

Burke is one of four Experienced Leader award recipients statewide. Honorees are nominated by their peers and selected by a committee.

“The MSCPA is celebrating the achievements of these remarkable women and we’re looking forward to honoring Cheryl for her outstanding contributions to her peers, her community and her profession,” said Amy Pitter, President and CEO of the MSCPA.

Award winners will be honored on October 25, 2018 at the MSCPA’s Tenth Annual Women’s Leadership Summit at The Westin Boston Waterfront
