Armanino Earns “Best of Accounting” in Client Satisfaction for Third Consecutive Year


Moore Stephens North America member firm, Armanino LLP, one of the top 25 largest accounting and business consulting firms in the U.S., has announced it has earned Inavero’s Best of AccountingTM award  in client satisfaction for the third year in a row. Results were based on the firm’s Net Promoter Score (NPS), a customer satisfaction survey used to measure the loyalty that exists between a provider and a business. Net Promoter Scores are used by more than two-thirds of Fortune 1000 companies and often act as a leading indicator of an organization’s success.

 Armanino is among the Best of Accounting firms, which are those with a 50 or higher NPS. With a score of 54, the firm’s ranking is nearly three times that of the accounting industry average of 19, and has remained consistently high even as the profession is experiencing a steady decline in average NPS. The firm’s success lies in its client-first culture that empowers employees to follow their ideas and leverage deep expertise to deliver value and results.

Armanino’s NPS was based on ratings given by a survey of clients administered by Inavero.  The score is calculated by identifying the positive margin of a company’s promoters─clients who give a score of nine or 10 out of 10 to a company.
