Kinetic Partners (including Kinetic Partners Cayman LLP) was founded in 2005 and became a leading provider of regulatory compliance and consulting, tax, forensic, corporate recovery and audit services to the financial services industry.

In 2015, Duff & Phelps (the premier global valuation and corporate finance advisory firm) acquired the non-audit services of Kinetic Partners, and our audit practice, comprising an LLP providing services in the UK and Kinetic Partners Cayman LLP providing services in Cayman, became independent, each with three Partners; Deborah Weston (Managing Partner), David Walker (Cayman Partner) and Ali Sarikhani (Senior Partner).

In December 2015, Kinetic Partners Cayman LLP joined Moore Stephens International Limited as an independent member firm.

Our firm is focused on the audit of investment funds, and has recently extended audit services to captive insurance companies also. With our focus comes expertise and a commitment to providing a highly responsive client service.
