Moore Stephens International member firm, The Bonadio Group, has announced a merger with Richard Zweifel’s Utica CPA firm. The Bonadio Group, New York’s largest independent provider of accounting, consulting and financial services, believes the merger will strengthen the firm’s expertise and presence in in the central New York area, increasing its headcount in the central New York region, including offices in Syracuse, Geneva, Perry, and Utica.

The Bonadio Group plans to open its first office location in Utica at Zweifel’s existing office location at 7936 Seneca Turnpike in Clinton, N.Y., following completion of the merger this month. Zweifel will serve as managing partner of The Bonadio Group’s new Utica office.
