Targeted at small and medium enterprises as well as non-governmental organisations with internationally mobile employees in need of a cost effective pension plan, the iPlan is easy for employers to administer while giving members quality information with online access.
“The iPlan has been two years in the making”, said Brian Bodell, operations director of MSRS, “It is the result of a combination of accumulative knowledge and an extensive program of customer engagement where we recognised the need for a low cost product that delivers superior service.”
The iPlan offers a streamlined application process, full online member access and a suite of online reports for the employer with many tasks now fully automated online, reducing manual intervention.
“We believe there’s always a better way to do things so we like to think laterally to solve problems”, Brian added, “As a result we’re constantly reviewing what we do, how we do it and how our clients interact with us.”
MSRS also offer a fully bespoke solution for larger clients who wish to establish their own plans, and can assist with the drafting of Trust Deeds and Rules incorporating the individual features required by these clients.
