At a reception to mark Shekha & Mufti's ten years of membership of MSIL, former chief justice of Pakistan, Saiduzzaman Siddiqqui announced plans for the Accountability Law 2012. The draft Bill which proposes to scrap all corruption cases registered before 2002.
During a dinner hosted by the partners of Shekha & Mufti, John Adcock, head of the Middle East region of MSIL expressed appreciation of the contribution that the firm has made over this period and looked forward to working with the firm in the years to come .
Earlier in his address, Mr Siddiqqui said that the partners of Shekha & Mufti had proved that there was no shortcut to success. Moreover, he said that auditors play an important role in governance, as transparency in financial affairs always encourages foreign investment.
In a welcome address, Adnan Mufti said that Shekha & Mufti was established in 2002 with the aim of providing quality service to clients. He said that the firm was celebrating 10 years of success with the support of well wishers and clients
