The Shanghai Gongzheng Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd.(GZCPA) was established in March 2000 on the basis of the GZCPA firm, which was restructured from the Original sub- institution under the Shanghai Municipal Finance Bureau in July 1992 There are more than 60 professionals, including 23 staff with the Certified Public Accountants;5 staff with the qualification of the Chinese Certified Tax Agent; 5 staff with the Audit Quality of the Justice; 6 staff with the qualification of Chinese Appraisal Society.
In 1996, GZCPA become the correspondent firm of Moore Stephens International Limited (MS), and further be granted a member firm of MS by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China in June 2000. In order to improve the professional quality of our staff, the Backbone Professionals participate in the training in batches to MS HK and the annual training courses held by MS (China) in China. MS Internationalhas its member firms or representative firms in the main city of 78 countries，also including Hongkong, Taiwan, Beijing, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Qingdao,Shanxi, Chongqing. If necessary, GZCPA can contact with all above firms for our clients.
Our firm’s professionals are highly qualified and perfectly familiar with the relevant accounting, taxation, finance laws and regulations promulgated by Chinese Government,and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
