Marco is the Managing Director of Moore Stephens Melbourne and Moore Stephens Australia and is a member of both the Moore Stephens Australasia and International Boards. Marco’s strategic focus is on establishing Moore Stephens as Australia’s preeminent mid-tier professional services firm.
He is leading the firm to deliver a performance-driven culture. By strengthening relationships at partner level, and more closely aligning the business’s divisions, he has deepened the value Moore Stephens delivers in each client engagement.
Under Marco’s stewardship, Moore Stephens has also expanded its industry presence. By supporting partners’ contributions as thought leaders in their respective areas of expertise, he has positioned the firm to attract truly exceptional talent, and elevated performance expectations for all team members.
While Marco’s areas of expertise include strategic consulting, mergers, acquisitions and divestment, he has over 30 years’ industry experience in the gaming, franchising and the retail sectors.
Marco holds a number of private company directorships in the mining and technology sectors.Married, and a father to three sons, Marco has always called Melbourne home, though he loves to travel. A keen supporter of Australian Rules football, Marco is also actively involved in charity work.
