With over 15 years’ business recovery and insolvency experience, Michael helps professional advisers to assist their clients who are in financial difficulties.
He deals with all types of formal corporate and personal procedures including administration, receivership, liquidation, voluntary arrangement and bankruptcy. He also provides advisory services and review work to banks and other major stakeholders in relation to underperforming businesses.
Michael also advises trade creditors on their own debt recovery options, particularly where one of their customers has entered into a formal insolvency process and representation at a creditors’ meeting is required.
Michael’s varied sector experience encompasses construction, printing, manufacturing, retail, engineering, leisure, real estate and IT.
He is a Chartered Accountant, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals and member of the Institute of Credit Management.
Michael is Deputy President of the Beds, Bucks and Herts District Society of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
