After two years experience as financial dealer, he joined Arthur Andersen in 1992 where he worked until 2004 at senior manager level. Main tasks included audit of statutory, consolidated financial statements and reporting packages (IFRS and US GAAP) of manufacturing companies operating in mechanical, thermo-technical, utilities, textile-clothing, steel, food&beverage, wholesale distribution, shoemaking industry. Other relevant experience in due diligence projects, M&A activities, internal auditing projects; and participated in consulting engagements: development of business plans, business process re-engineering. He is also contract professor at the University of Verona.
